Private lessons

Not a group class: a programme built around you

Athletic Yoga Method integrates yoga, pranayama and meditation into athletic preparation, working alongside the coaching staff. Every lesson is private: one-to-one, or in a small group of up to four people.

The practices are designed and adapted to each person's body and needs, regardless of yoga experience: for those who compete and for those who play sport without competing.

Who it's for

Three ways to begin

Competitive athletes

One-to-one lessons for those who want exclusive, dedicated guidance, coordinated with their strength and conditioning coaches and with the goals of the season.

Clubs and sports centres

Programmes for small groups of athletes, from two to four, at the club's facility, working alongside the coaching staff.

Recreational sportspeople

Private lessons, on your own or with the friends you play sport with, to train better, recover and move with greater awareness.

Where

We come to you

Lessons take place at the club's facility, at the athlete's home or, on request, at an outside venue. That way the practice doesn't interrupt the daily training routine.

We are based in Milan and Lombardy. On request we also work in the rest of Italy and abroad, for example during a training camp or an away trip.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

How much do private lessons cost?

It depends on the programme: how many people take part, how many lessons a week and what the goals are. Write to us using the buttons at the bottom of the page and we will send you a proposal with prices.

Do I need to have done yoga before?

No. You don't need any yoga experience to start.

How many people can take part?

Just one, in one-to-one lessons, or a small group of up to four people: keeping numbers this low means everyone gets proper attention.

Where do the lessons take place?

At the club's facility, at the athlete's home or, on request, at an outside venue. That way the practice doesn't interrupt the daily training routine.

Do you also work outside Milan?

Yes. We are based in Milan and Lombardy, and on request lessons also take place in the rest of Italy and abroad.

How soon will I feel the benefits?

We recommend practising consistently for at least three months to feel the benefits.
